Barbara Kimmel is an award-winning communications executive and former consultant to McKinsey who has run her own firm, Next Decade, Inc., a firm that has been unraveling and simplifying complex subjects for over twenty years. During this time she has published award- winning reference books; created media campaigns; publicized books, authors and businesses; and consulted to start-ups on building marketing and communications programs. She holds a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College and an MBA in Marketing from Baruch.

Jordan Kimmel has spent the past twenty-five years in the financial services industry. He has developed several proprietary financial models and has made hundreds of media appearances on national television, radio and in print. Jordan continues to appear regularly on CNBC and Fox News. His third book, The Magnet® Method of Investing was released by John Wiley in August 2009. He also hosts two radio shows on Voice America: Trust Across America, airing every Wednesday from noon to 1PM EST, and Magnet Investing, airing every Thursday from 11AM to noon EST. Jordan holds a BA in Economics and an MS in Urban & Policy Sciences from the State University of NY at Stony Brook.

Charles H. Green is founder and CEO of Trusted Advisor Associates (TAA). The author of Trust-based Selling and co-author of The Trusted Advisor, he has spoken to, consulted for or conducted seminars about trusted relationships in business for a wide and global range of industries and functions. Centering on the theme of trust in business relationships, Charles works with complex organizations to improve trust in sales, internal trust between organizations, and trusted advisor relationships with external clients and customers. Charles started his career with the MAC Group and its successor, Gemini Consulting, where his roles included strategy consulting and VP strategic planning. He majored in Philosophy at Columbia, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School. Charles heads the network that is Trusted Advisor Associates.

Sandy Styer is TAA’s practice leader for the Trust Quotient, Trust Quotient 360 and Trust Temperament service offerings, and for Trust Audit services. In over 30 years since earning her MBA from Harvard Business School, Sandy has held a number of high-level management positions in organizations ranging from Chemical Bank to American Airlines to Internet start-ups. She has worked in line, staff, consultant and coaching roles to accelerate personal growth and organizational effectiveness. Among her many accomplishments, Sandy led an entrepreneurial team creating the first Internet consumer travel system, now known as Travelocity.
